This month we published two new texts, both authored by Jigme Lingpa, and added two new pages to the website.

The first text, An Aspiration to Accomplish Perfection, Maturation and Purification, found in Jigme Lingpa’s collected works, is an aspiration to perfect bodhisattva aspirations, bring all sentient beings to maturity and purify the world and its inhabitants into a buddha realm. The text is also included within recent editions of the Rinchen Terdzö, or Treasury of Revelations.

The second text is A Daily Fulfilment Practice for Gönpo Lekden, also by Jigme Lingpa. This concise, daily fulfilment practice for Gönpo Lekden, protector of the tantras, is found in the Longchen Nyingtik core texts collection alongside the longer fulfilment practice of which it is an abridgement.

The first new page we added gives an overview of all the various editions of the Longchen Nyingtik Core Texts (Nyingtik Tsapö) that are available to us and gathers all the analyses that we have done over the years together in one spot. Especially for those who cannot get enough of all the various texts that are available concerning these precious teachings of the Heart-Essence of Vast Expanse.

The second new page is dedicated to the Vajrasattva practice of the Longchen Nyingtik, Vajrasattva: Cultivating the Pure Realm of Manifest Joy (Dorsem Ngön-ga). This practice is a mind terma revealed by Jigme Lingpa. Later on, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo expanded it with pith instructions and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche wrote a commentary detailing how to do a retreat.
